Jeff’s most notable time spent outside the courtroom relating to the law are his writings on business and real estate and time spent on community development and impact.
Community Impact
After decades working for “Big Law”, the largest and most prestigious firms in the city, Jeff opened his law office in his adoptive hometown of Mullica Hill to take that large firm experience and assist, both his existing client base, and local individuals and businesses.
Jeff was a faithful steward of the Historic Spicer House for over two decades and restored and maintained it so that thousands could attend yearly fundraisers, tours, and parties at his residence. In kind, Jeff restored other buildings on Main Street and brought them back from, at times neglect, and opened them to the public for his Law Office and a local Coffee House for people to put their differences aside and find common ground.

Jeff has worked with numerous businesses, churches, professional athletes, and charities to bring to service and commitment throughout the tri-state area.
Jeff has also served as counsel for countless businesses in bringing their owners dreams to reality and served to redevelop Historic Main Street through countless projects, including approvals for the, first Bar Restaurant. first liquor store, a new full service Deli, and the total make over and expansion of the local blueplate Restaurant.
The Redevelopment efforts continue as Jeff looks forward to seeing his work on a new million dollar plus state of the art car wash coming to town and continues to find other projects in town to assist in approvals or funding for the betterment of the community he will always call home.
